The principal advisors for the undergraduate programs in Microbiology and Veterinary Science are

Dr. Jan Decker (621-8942, jdecker@u.arizona.edu).
An additional resource is provided through VSC and MICR majors serving as peer advisors and who are knowledgeable about requirements, courses and getting into veterinary, medical, or graduate schools.
New VSC or MICR students are required to see an academic advisor once during each of their first two semesters at the UA; all others are encouraged to see an advisor at least once per year.
